You are invited to take part in a short practice survey for a class on people analytics. It asks about how your direct supervisor works and how you feel about your job. It takes about 3 minutes.
This is a class exercise, not a research study. Your answers are anonymous, they are not linked to your name, and they will not be published or used as research data. Taking part is voluntary, you may skip any question, and you may close the survey at any time.
The survey is administered by a student in this course as a course assignment.
What this page records, for a class demonstration: in addition to your answers, this page records technical information your browser reports to every website you visit (device and browser type, screen size, language, time zone, and your public IP address), and how long you spend on the page. This happens from the moment the page opens, even if you do not submit. Your approximate location is recorded only if you choose to share it using the location button inside the survey. We will look at this data together in class to see what surveys can collect, and it will be deleted after the demonstration.
